Hi Readers! My name is Lalia and I've been part of the Westminster team going on 9 years. When I started in 2001, we were a much smaller company than we are today. I wore several hats; from administrative services to account/project management. As Westminster has grown, so have I. I now manage our Client Services team as well as continuing to project manage some of our high tech accounts as well as our vendor relationships.

Because Westminster quickly adapts to the needs of our clients, I've been able to be a part of many different types of projects working with many departments within a company. Those experiences have given me the knowledge and skill set to confidently propose and execute successful campaigns and events that make our clients shine.

A unique project that sticks out to me is a custom project we produced for one of our long standing clients. The Vice President of HR called with a request that even my boss didn't think we could pull off! He needed to create 2 unique items to give to the 5 and 10 year employees of his company as an Anniversary gift. He wanted an award that the recipient could leave on their desks, something classy and usable. It had to be something that we could design with an unlimited imprint area, so that the etching of the logo could flow throughout the face of the piece. Now, that wasn't the big challenge. The challenge was that they needed to be done by the next all-hands meeting which was taking place in less than 3 weeks! We needed to put our creative minds together and deliver something that would not just be acceptable, but thoughtful and elegant.

Our wonderful design team knocked out concepts the same day and we had an overseas vendor on board! An overseas vendor was necessary because we needed to create a totally custom award, from the glass shape to the circular etching that covered the front of the award. If you know anything about overseas production, 3 weeks is nearly impossible. Our client was so pleased with our concept and final execution that we continue to support this same program 6 years later.

Hi, I'm Jessica Lilly, part of the client services team here at Westminster Promotions. Our job is to search for fun, new and creative ideas for our clients and we love it! Whether it's for a trade show give-away, a marketing campaign, an event, or even an employee gift, we help our clients reach and impress their target market with unique ideas, great products and impressive print work.

One of my favorite campaigns that I've worked on was a holiday gift. This was a piece that our client's sales people gave to their top customers. We did a customized digital photo frame... with more customization than just the client's logo imprinted. The idea of a digital photo frame was the easy part; our client chose from an array of different sizes and options. We imprinted their desired logo on the bottom.

We didn't stop there. The client really wanted a nice gift that their customers could use over and over and also something that would really convey their message. We suggested pre-uploading files onto the frame so when their clients received the gift and turned it on, a customized message would appear. They came up with their desired messaging and we uploaded their slideshow onto each digital frame! So when the customer turned on the frame, they saw a brief slideshow customized by our client to get their message to their customer in a unique way.

This particular frame came in a white gift box so we decided to add some pizzazz to it. We printed a nice insert piece with another message from the client to their customer as well as brief instructions on using the digital frames. It was the first thing they would see when the customer opened the gift box. We also printed labels which we placed on the tops of each box. The whole gift was completely customized from the gift box to the gift itself. It was fun putting together each element for a really nice and cohesive final project. Not only did we put all of the pieces together but we also split shipped the order for them; we sent boxes to their appropriate sales people all over the globe. This enabled their sales people to personally deliver their gifts, and our client didn't have to deal with the shipping at all, a huge time saver for them! The digital photo project was a fun and successful one. We were proud of this beautifully customized gift and we knew the recipients would absolutely love it.

Hi, I'm Ever and I'm part of the Client Services Team here at Westminster. I have been working in the Ad Specialty industry for seven years and still love the excitement of finding cool new items. I've worked with our clients on many custom projects and this one always stands out to me. This was a employee recognition gift that we produced. Our client was planning their 25th Anniversary Celebration and asked us for help in suggesting ideas for a nice and unique gift that they could hand out to their employees. The client wanted a premium gift to thank their 1,000+ employees for their continued work and support. After reviewing our various suggestions, they chose our favorite! We proposed a custom metal barrel pen with their "25th Anniversary Celebration" logo embossed on the barrel. The finished product was beautiful! It was such a great customized piece, and it really turned out to be a high value to the recipients of the gift.

In addition to the employee gift we also printed posters for them. The posters had their "25th Anniversary Celebration" logo along with all of the years that the client had been in business. We worked with the client on the imprint method, recommending a touch of foil imprint on just the Star and Swoosh; the print turned out beautifully with the foil being the perfect added "punch" to the piece. To finish the look we also framed the posters so that each office could put up their 25th Anniversary Celebration poster on display. The campaign is always a favorite of mine to look back at, two great classy pieces.

Hi Everyone! I'm Whitney and I've been a part of the Client Services team here at Westminster Promotions for over 3 years. One of my favorite projects was a custom plush bookmark we had produced for TiVo. We proposed the idea to the client and they absolutely loved it! We took the client's logo and made it into a fun gift that was to be given out to children.

The bookmark has a plush head and feet, with an elastic strip in between to hold your place in whatever you are reading. This was totally custom... all the way down to the tag.
